  2. We enrich the lead automatically

    Within minutes, our system pulls public data on the property: a direct link to the county Property Appraiser parcel record, FEMA flood zone status from the National Flood Hazard Layer, and wetlands data from the USFWS National Wetlands Inventory.

  3. AI scores and summarizes the lead

    Our AI analyzes the seller's situation and generates a motivation score (1–10) with a plain-English explanation, plus a property brief that summarizes everything a buyer needs to make a fast decision.

  4. The waterfall opens

    The lead is published to the marketplace. Tier 1 Investors get a 72-hour exclusive window at a small premium. After 72 hours, the lead opens to Tier 2 Wholesalers. If a buyer returns the lead, it flows to Tier 3 Agents.

  5. You purchase and contact
