Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the marketplace
- To process lead purchases and apply credits
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets, credit decisions)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your purchase history or account details with sellers.
3. Lead Data
Seller information provided in leads is shared only with the buyer who purchases that lead. Buyers agree in our Terms of Service to use lead data solely for making a direct offer to the seller and not to redistribute it.
4. Cookies and Sessions
We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure session tokens. We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain purchase records for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data (excluding legally required records) by contacting us.
